[Administration Building in Gronau]

The task was to design an office building for 120 employees of a major textile company that reflects the identity of both the client and the company. The solution was a three-story atrium building with 4,500 m² of usable space. Like fashion itself, the design merges understated elegance with honest materials.

Maximum transparency and the play of natural light were key design objectives, as only natural light can bring out the true colors in fashion.

From their workstations facing the inner courtyard, employees can see almost all other work areas and, thanks to generous internal connections, can communicate with colleagues across departments in the shortest possible time.
