To be both client and planner at the same time – a pure challenge! We didn’t want to withhold this wonderful 1912 villa from all friends and guests of good taste, and so the idea was born to create our own guest house with six lodging units and offer them for rent. A great deal of dedication went into the project, and “old and worth preserving” elements were lovingly incorporated into our design. Since October 2018, guests have been able to stay there for as little as two days.
